Account and data deletion

Last updated: 24 October 2026

You can request deletion of your Elqimma account and associated personal data from Elqimma LLC using the email option below. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to send a request.

Request deletion by email

Send your request to [email protected], preferably from the email address registered with your Elqimma account. The button opens an email draft; you must send the email to submit the request.

If an email app does not open, copy [email protected] into your email service and use the subject “Elqimma account and data deletion request”.

What to include and what happens next

  1. Include the email address registered with your Elqimma account and state that you want the account and its associated personal data deleted. If your request concerns only specific data, describe it.
  2. Do not include your password, full payment-card details, or redeemable product codes. If you no longer have access to your registered email, explain this in your request.
  3. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you. Deletion requests are reviewed before action is taken.
  4. We will respond with the outcome and explain any records that need to be retained and why. Sending an email or opening the draft does not instantly erase account data.

Close account access in the app

If you can sign in to the Elqimma app, open My account → Security → Delete account. Enter your current password and confirm the deletion action.

This closes access to the account and revokes its app access tokens. It does not automatically erase all personal data held by the service. To request deletion of the associated data as well, send the email request above.

Data covered by your request

An account-and-data deletion request covers the personal data associated with the account, including profile and contact information, uploaded profile images and payment receipts, support messages, and account-linked shopping, payment, wallet, fulfillment, and service records.

Some records may need to remain for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, or payment and order disputes. The request review determines what can be deleted and what must be retained; we explain that outcome in our response. These records are not automatically removed by the in-app account-closure action.
