Information we handle

The information depends on the features you use:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, country, password, account identifier, and language and currency preferences. Registration also asks you to accept the terms and privacy policy.
• Shopping and payment information: cart contents, orders, delivered products or codes, wallet balances and transactions, payment amounts, currencies, statuses, and transaction references.
• Information you submit: an optional profile image, payment receipt images or PDF files, support ticket subjects and messages, and identifiers needed to deliver a product, such as a game account ID or Telegram username.
• Technical information: search requests, session and access-token records, and audit or service logs. Recorded operations can include IP address, browser or app user agent, timestamps, account references, and request details.

How information is used

We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, show products, process and fulfill orders, reconcile payments and wallet transactions, answer support requests, and maintain service and security records. Your email is also used for account verification, password resets, and other transactional messages. Language and currency preferences help display the service in your selected format.

Payments, fulfillment, and service providers

Information is passed to service providers when required for the feature you use. This includes payment processing, digital-product fulfillment, email delivery, and hosting. Payment-provider pages you open may also collect information directly under their own privacy policies.

• For a NOWPayments payment, the service sends the amount, currency, payment or order reference, and payment callback and return addresses. Payment status and transaction details are returned to Elqimma.
• Digital-product suppliers receive the order and delivery details needed to supply the product. For GamesDrop fulfillment, these can include the customer email, game account identifier, offer, price, and transaction reference.
• Support, audit, and provider-integration records can contain account identifiers and submitted details. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to address payment disputes, suspected fraud, or legal obligations.

Uploaded files, sessions, and preferences

The app lets you select images for your profile or a payment receipt, and image or PDF documents for receipts. Selected files are uploaded when you submit the corresponding action. Profile images are stored as publicly accessible image files; avoid using sensitive documents as your profile image. Receipt files are stored separately with their file name, type, and size.

Passwords are stored as hashes. The mobile app stores its session token using the device’s secure storage, and the website uses an HTTP-only session cookie. The website also uses language and currency preferences. These measures do not remove the need to protect your account credentials: do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or redeemable product codes in privacy-request emails.

Account closure, retention, and deletion requests

The in-app Delete account action closes access to the account and revokes its app access tokens. It does not automatically erase all stored personal data. Profile information, orders, payments, wallet history, support records, uploads, and logs can remain after account closure.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, use the Account and data deletion link below or email [email protected]. You can also identify specific data you want deleted or corrected. We may ask you to verify control of the account before processing a request. Requests require review; records needed for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes may need to be retained. We will explain the outcome and any applicable retention when responding to your request.
